Ben Horcica

Ben practices corporate law with a focus on securities and mergers and acquisitions involving both public and private companies. He has experience in a wide range of corporate matters, from assisting start-up companies with all facets of their business, to advising on multimillion-dollar domestic and international transactions. He has also acted for issuers in respect of initial public offerings, secondary financing and dealings with regulators, including stock exchanges and securities commissions. 

Ben is also actively involved in various charitable organizations in the community, including being on the Board of Directors for ABC Head Start Society, The Support Network Foundation, Mental Health Foundation and the University of Alberta Golden Bears and Pandas Tennis Alumni Society.
